Golden Eagle Shadow Day at Guerin Catholic
Select dates available in October – January, 8:15 am – 3:50 pm
Eighth grade students are invited to spend a day with us at Guerin Catholic, attending classes, meeting students and teachers, and experiencing high school first-hand. We’d love to welcome you in the Nest!
Golden Eagle Shadow Day Details
An email will be sent to registered families approximately 1 week prior to their student’s confirmed shadow day.
On the day of the visit, please arrive at 8:15 am at our Admissions welcome table, directly to the right when entering the school through the Main Entrance.
There is visitor parking in the main parking lot when entering the school from the south entrance. We recommend parents accompany their student into the building where they can check-in as well as meet with Admissions Representatives.
Each Shadow guest will receive a “Meal Deal Lunch”. Guests will have a variety of choices to choose from in the GC Cafeteria!
What to Bring
Shadow guests are welcome to bring homework or a book to read in case their Ambassador host has a test or quiz in a class. They can also bring a sweatshirt or sweater as some of the classrooms are cooler.
End of Day Pick-up
Shadow guests will be ready for pick up at approximately 3:50 pm. Parents can pick up their student via the carpool line, park in the visitor’s section of the parking lot and have their student come out or are welcome to come into the school to meet their student.
