CAS – Creative, Action, Service Activities

In addition to rigorous academic requirements, IB encourages students to be well-rounded individuals. An important component of the IB Program is the CAS Project students complete during junior and senior year. The goal of each CAS Project is to help students discover and develop a passion through experiential learning and outside of academia.

TOK – Theory of Knowledge

TOK stands for theory of knowledge. It is an interdisciplinary course designed to provide coherence by exploring the nature of knowledge across all disciplines, encouraging an appreciation of other cultural perspectives. EE – Extended Essay

The Extended Essay is a 2,000-4,000 word independent persuasive research essay that allows a student to explore a subject more in depth. Through the EE, students have the opportunity to investigate a topic of their choosing.
