About the Providence Fund

The Providence Fund is central to our mission, providing critical support in two key areas: Tuition Assistance and Faculty & Staff Support.
Throughout the year, several special events help fund these priorities, including the Providence Fund Kick Off Dinner, Grandparents Day, the Guerin Catholic Gala (including Fund-a-Need), and the GC Day of Giving.
Your participation in these events helps us provide a Catholic education rooted in excellence, while supporting the students and educators who make our community thrive.

Did You Know…?

The Providence Fund allows us to meet our mission by supporting these areas:
Tuition Assistance and Faculty & Staff Support.

RLN

Tuition Assistance

Whether it’s need-based financial aid, academic scholarships or staff discounts, we must strive to meet families where they are and help them attain a Guerin Catholic education for their children.

Faculty_and_Staff

Faculty and Staff Support

Guerin Catholic High School, founded as a Catholic diocesan high school, is committed to academic excellence. We believe that educational excellence is achieved through the offering of a rigorous and challenging curriculum taught by competent, enthusiastic, and caring faculty. In order to attract and retain the best faculty and staff, we must offer competitive salaries and professional growth and development opportunities each and every year. Without our faculty and staff, our mission would not be possible.

About_SGO

Scholarship Granting Organization (SGO)

Gifts to the SGO (designated to Guerin Catholic) provide needs-based scholarships to eligible incoming and current GC students. Guerin Catholic has partnered with the Institute for Quality Education (IQE) as our official Scholarship Granting Organization (SGO). An SGO is a state-designated 501(c)(3) that provides financial needs-based scholarships to students enrolled in non-public schools. This program is not only available to individuals, but to companies as well.
