Golden Eagle Club Membership for 2024-2025 will be available in July 2024.
2024-2025 Registration
Members will receive a specific number of credits associated with their membership level and a car decal, as well as an invitation to Golden Eagle Club season socials (Fall, Winter and Spring). Registration will open prior to the 2024-2025 school year.
Golden Eagle Level ($725)
Includes 14 credits
Gold Level ($450)
Includes 6 credits
Purple Level ($175)
Includes 2 credits
NOTE: Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email with a live link to the online store to redeem your credits.
A portion of each membership fee goes directly to the sports program of your choice. You may indicate which teams (up to 3) you want your membership to support. As part of the general GEC funds, each sports team is allocated a base of $750. With each membership, the individual teams receive additional funds.
Merchandise credits come with the Golden Eagle, Gold and Purple membership levels. The merchandise credits can be used to select items in the online catalog, such as:
| All-Sports Admission Pass (2 credits) This pass allows bearer access to all GCHS Home Sporting Events for 2024-25 (except IHSAA Sanctioned Tournaments). Additional All-Sports Admission passes are available for purchase at $100/each. |
| GC Sibling Sports Admission Pass (1 credit) This pass allows siblings in grades K-8 access to all GCHS Home Sporting Events for 2023-24 (except IHSAA Sanctioned Tournaments). Please note 8th graders can also receive a Purple Pass which also provides admission free of charge to home sporting and fine arts events. These will be mailed from our Admissions office free of charge in August. Additional Sibling All-Sports Admission passes are available for purchase at $25/each. |
| GCHS Merchandise (1-3 credits) You may also use your credits to purchase GCHS Merchandise through the exclusive GEC Merchandise Shop. This online store is now available and orders will be placed three times within the school year: September 1, 2024, December 1, 2024, and March 1, 2025. Merchandise may vary based on inventory and will include jackets, sweatshirts, t-shirts, hats, tumblers, blankets and more. |

In conjunction with the Guerin Catholic athletic department, our mission is to support Golden Eagle sports teams and cultivate a culture of enthusiasm and spirited involvement for all sports! The Golden Eagle Club provides financial support to all the GCHS sports teams and hosts special events throughout the year. We are 24 teams and ONE FLOCK!

Mission
Partner with the Guerin Catholic Athletic Department to support all Golden Eagle teams and cultivate a culture of enthusiasm and spirited involvement for all sports. Provide financial support to Guerin Catholic athletic teams with highest-quality coaches, elite facilities, equipment, and other program needs. Recognize and award two senior athletes, male and female, with a scholarship.
