Novena to Saint Theodore Guerin for Saint Theodore Guerin High School
Our Lady of Providence, I place in your hands our beloved home. As you were queen of the Holy Family at Nazareth, be queen of our home. Keep our home ties unbroken — today, tomorrow, and forever. Amen.
Our Lady of Providence — Queen of the Home, pray for us!
Faith and Service
“Let us beg of God that he would continue to show us his will, and let us promise to follow it with all our heart.” – St. Theodore Guerin
Beyond our academic curriculum, which seeks to integrate the various disciplines within the vantage point of our eternal destiny, Guerin Catholic provides near constant opportunities to encounter Jesus Christ, both within the walls of the school and outside them. The ever-present task in front of our students, faculty, and staff is to then grow as disciples after the heart of Christ, seeking holiness and striving toward heaven. This happens at our school Masses, retreats, Kairos prayer experiences, club events, Eucharistic Adoration, service opportunities, and in the simple day-to-day interactions on our campus.
Please take time to browse all the liturgies, activities, events we have planned this year. Through their experience at our school, we hope our students are equipped to discover their vocation in life, and thus emboldened to build His Kingdom through the spiritual and corporal works of mercy.
“If you have learned nothing but Christ, you have learned everything.” –St. Bonaventure
