2022 Athletic Winter Camps

Session 2: Tuesday, December 20, 2:15-4:15 pm

Description:
Day One: Monday, December, 19th
Players will receive instruction on mechanics and processes of hitting, throwing, defense, base running, and bunting, along with other skills and drills.
Day Two: Tuesday, December 20th
Players will receive instruction on mechanics and processes of pitching, throwing and hitting and other skills. Catchers will perform drills and catch live pitches.
What to wear/bring: Tennis shoes (no cleats), baseball pants, baseball belt, hat, helmet, and gloves. Bring a bat, fielding glove and catchers should have full catchers gear. Each player should bring their own water bottle.

Description: Coach Jaime Waymouth, Certified Strength and Conditioning Head Coach, will lead athletes in preparation for any sport and physical endurance. This camp will work on speed development and agility. Along with speed and agility, each training session will help to improve an athlete in areas of strength, acceleration and flexibility. Athletes will assess progress through weekly video, laser time drills. A final revaluation of progress will be given at the end of camp.
Coach Jaime Waymouth is a Registered Strength and Conditioning Coach with Distinction (RSCC*D) with National Strength and Conditioning
Association and a member of the NHSSCA.

Description:
Coach Bob Allen and the Golden Eagle coaching staff and players will offer three basketball training sessions with a focus on the development of skills necessary to play fundamental basketball. The coaching staff and high school players teach drills that the high school teams use in practice, as well as provide an opportunity for the players to prepare for the upcoming season. We will stress the importance of ball handling, proper footwork, shot technique, and conditioning as we work to improve individual skills.
CAMPERS WILL RECEIVE FREE ADMISSION TO THE DECEMBER 22ND HOME GAME IF THEY’RE WEARING THEIR CAMP T-SHIRT!

Day Two: Players will receive instruction through drills based on positions they play or want to play. They will receive mechanics in the different positions including pitchers and catchers. Players will also continue work from day one on mechanics of hitting and base running.
Campers need to bring tennis shoes (no cleats), softball pants, helmet, gloves, a bat (if they have one). Catchers should have full gear. Each player should bring their own water bottle.

Description:
Please join Guerin Catholic Head Girls Volleyball Coach Hailey Brown and players from the Golden Eagles Girls Volleyball Team for a two-day skills development camp, focusing on fundamental training of individual volleyball skills on both the defensive and offensive side of play. Players will focus on individual skills such as passing, attacking, blocking and serving to incorporate into live play. Come have fun over winter break and bring your play to the next level!
Campers need to bring court shoes and knee pads. Each player should bring their own water bottle.
