Drawing II
Grades 10-12
1 credit
Prerequisite: Drawing I
Students taking Drawing II engage in sequential learning experiences that encompass art history, art criticism, aesthetics, and art production that lead to the creation of high quality drawings. In addition to students experimenting with a wide range of drawing mediums (which include graphite, charcoal, pen, scratchboard, chalk pastel, oil pastel, colored pencil, and marker) and techniques, they will reflect upon the outcomes of those experiences, explore historical connections, and find direct correlation to other disciplines.
