Organized by the Parent Guild, and made possible by our amazing GC families, Tuesday Treats is set-up weekly in the Teacher’s Lounge and provides snacks and drinks to show GC teachers and staff how much they are appreciated!

When does Tuesday Treats happen?
Every Tuesday that school is in session.

Who participates?
Typically, each GC family will only be asked to participate once per school year, unless you have multiple children at Guerin Catholic. Kairos groups will begin hosting Tuesday Treats on August 25, 2026. Each week, 1–2 Kairos classes will be featured. If your family is assigned to that week, simply sign up to bring a food or drink donation and send it in with your son or daughter on your assigned Tuesday.

How do I know when my student’s Kairos is assigned to Tuesday Treats?
The Tuesday Treats Committee sends an email with a link to a SignUpGenius where families volunteer to bring treats.
Links and reminders will also be included in the Friday GC Communications sent by Colleen Ward.

Where do I drop off my donation?
Donations can be dropped off in the Teachers’ Lounge (located just past the chapel) or at the front office. Committee members will then set-up the table with the donations.

Why do we host Tuesday Treats?
Guerin Catholic is blessed with an amazing group of teachers, faculty, and support staff who give so much to our students every day. Rather than saying “thank you” just once a year, Tuesday Treats gives us the opportunity to show our appreciation all year long. It’s a small way for our GC families to let our teachers and staff know just how much we value everything they do for our students.

Thank you for helping us make Tuesday Treats such a special tradition! Our teachers and staff look forward to Tuesday Treats each week and are incredibly grateful for the generosity of our Guerin Catholic families!
