[2011] Nick Plavchak started a new position as a financial planner for Equitable Advisors after passing his Indiana Life, Accident and Health Series 7 & 6. “It is an exciting industry and a great company to be a part of. PHOTO 7 Katie (Stark) Moran ’10 lives in Tuscaloosa, Alabama serving as a FOCUS missionary at the University of Alabama. She married Joe Moran in October 2016, and in December 2019, they grew their family through newborn adoption. “My time at Guerin Catholic was instrumental in teaching me the Gospel and who Jesus is in my life. Now through adoption I have been able to experience the Gospel in a whole new way. I’ve been able to realize the lengths God went to to adopt each person on this Earth. He pursued you. He sacrificed for you. He loved you even before you knew anything of Him. Our process of bringing Xavier home has mirrored God’s great love and his adoption of us as His children.” [2008] Sarah (Ledford) Compagna and her husband Paul welcomed a baby boy, Caleb, in December 2019. “He was the BEST Christmas present ever!” PHOTO 1 Margaret Gallina and Joshua Flynn are excited to announce their recent engagement. Margaret and Josh dated during high school at Guerin Catholic, but reunited in 2018. Margaret is a MultiClassroom Leader in Indianapolis Public Schools and Josh is finishing a degree in Industrial Engineering Technology. Thomas Haan (GC Chaplain 2015-2019). “We met at the University of Notre Dame in our journalism class, then ran into each other four years after graduation at a restaurant in New York.
