21 GUERINCATHOLIC.ORG Jamie Ostrom ’15 introduced Kelleen and Kevin in the Spring of 2013. After attending many country concerts together during that summer, Kelleen and Kevin landed in Mr. Joe Lustig’s Pre-Calculus class in the fall where Kevin would hide “good luck” notes with Hershey Kisses in Kelleen’s backpack on test days. Both are graduates of Miami— Kevin from the University of Miami (FL) and Kelleen from Miami University (OH)—and didn’t allow the distance to keep them apart. They were married on June 29, 2019 in Indianapolis. Patrick Goodin ’09 and Lyndsay (Hayes) Goodin ’09 Married May 2018 Erik Hanson ’11 and Meaghan Schneider ’11 Engaged to be married June 2020 Marcos Zatkulak ’13 and Maggie Godleski ’13 Engaged George Pappas ’14 and Kendal (Harris) Pappas ’14 Married May 2018 Alex Boaz ’13 and Katt (Trott) Boaz ’13 Alex and Katt met on the first day of Freshman Orientation in August 2009. They started dating their junior year after Alex asked Katt to be his girlfriend on a “pop quiz” in Spanish class. Alex proposed after five years of dating. They married in June 2018, and just welcomed their first addition to the family—a golden retriever named Hana. THEN NOW Gabe Gaynor ’13 and Grace Hill ’13 Gabe and Grace didn’t start dating until Grace transferred from DePauw University to Indiana University where Gabriel was attending. They have been together for over two years, and in 2019, got engaged while on vacation on Kiawah Island, South Carolina. A Fall 2020 wedding is planned. THEN NOW Peter Johnston ’14 and Kathryn (Godfrey) Johnston ’14 Peter and Kathryn met in 4th period Intro to Chorus class with Mr. Joe Garcia ’07 their junior year. Peter took Kathryn on a Starbucks date to study, and the rest was history! Peter joined the Navy, and they got married after Kathryn graduated from the University of Dayton in December 2018.
