Setting up Your Tuition Payment Program

Guerin Catholic utilizes FACTS Tuition Management for families wishing to set up a payment plan for their tuition.

The tuition payment plans offered by Facts Tuition Management Company offers a variety of flexible plans for payment of the student's tuition.  These tuition payments are automatically drafted from a checking, savings, or money market account:

• 10 Monthly payments.
  
  
• 4 Quarterly payments due July, October, January, and April.
  
  
• 2 Semiannual payments due July 2012 and January 2013.
  Facts Management offers two different dates: the 5th or the 20th of the
  month, to draft payments from your checking, savings, or money market

• If you wish to pay in full, you do not need to set up a FACTS account.
  Payment in full is to be paid by July 1, 2012 – directly to the Accounting
  Office.

Financial Aid

Financial Aid is available for students/families who qualify based on financial need. You can apply on-line to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment at www.factstuitionaid.com. There is a $25 application fee to process your financial information.  A W-2 is required to complete the application process and your tax return may be required.

PLEASE NOTE DEADLINE FOR FINANCIAL AID APPLICATIONS IS DECEMBER 15 FOR NEW STUDENTS AND FEBRUARY 15 FOR RETURNING STUDENTS.

ALL FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS ARE DUE BY FEBRUARY 15, 2012
