Fr. Dale Ehrman – Vice President/Associate Pastor
Career Experience: Spent some time working as a disc jockey before hearing God’s call to the priesthood; was formerly a member of a religious order, the Crosiers, but has been a priest of the Diocese of Lafayette-in-Indiana since 2005; ministry experience includes campus ministry at the University of Chicago and the College of St. Catherine, St. Paul, MN; served as a vocation director for eight years which provided him extensive retreat and spiritual counseling experience with high school and college students.
Education: B.A. from IPFW; was ordained to the priesthood in 1990; holds a Master of Divinity from Catholic Theological Union at Chicago and a Master of Arts in Christian Spirituality from Creighton University; earned a Graduate Certificate in Spiritual Direction at Creighton.

Gordon Smith - Director of Development
Career Experience: Has served as an Executive Vice President of Key Life Insurance Company and brings the strength of 27 years of insurance sales and marketing background to the position. Smith is a current board member of Catholic Radio Indy 89.1 FM and a former board member of Right to Life of Indianapolis, where he served as treasurer for 13 years and was recipient of the Charles E. Stimming Pro-Life Award. He has served on several other professional and not-for-profit boards as well. Smith is also involved in several real estate ventures locally.
