Nest Fest

Nest Fest is the first freshmen class event of the school year. Seniors spend time with the freshmen talking about what it means to be a Golden Eagle in areas of Faith, Academics, and Student Life Opportunities. There is also a parent track discussion with the school administration and faculty. Dress is modest and casual—A great day to wear your Guerin Catholic spirit wear! Participation is highly encouraged. Advanced registration not required.

Inaugural Circle City Conference Kick-off Dinner

The member schools of the Circle City Conference are proud to present the inaugural Conference Kick-­off
Dinner, featuring head football coaches:
• Vince Lorenzano (Bishop Chatard)
• Mic Roessler (Brebeuf Jesuit)
• Tom Dilley (Guerin Catholic)
• Kyle Ray (Heritage Christian)
• Bruce Scifres (Roncalli)

Enjoy a casual, adult (21+) evening of “football food” and drink, and experience the excitement of the upcoming high school football season. Hear the coaches share their thoughts on their team, the upcoming season, and membership in the newly-formed Circle City Conference.

Cost is $25.00 per person and includes dinner (hamburgers, hotdogs, mac n cheese, chips, cookies), two drink tickets, and the program. All proceeds from the evening will go to help offset medical expenses for the families of the recent Bishop Chatard graduates (Class of 2016) injured in a serious automobile accident on June 30.

Celebrate Calm Parent Event

Guerin Catholic High School invites our parents, friends and the community to a dynamic, laugh-out-loud parenting event. In this 2-hour event, America’s Calm Coach Kirk Martin & his son, Casey, will teach parents how to stop defiance, disrespect & yelling, and leave with strategies that work immediately! Perfect for parents with kids ages 2-22.

Kirk will demonstrate 10 ways to:
• Get your kids to listen the first time.
• Stop defiance, disrespect and yelling.
• Stop whining, tantrums and sibling fights.
• Get kids off video games/screens without a fight.
• Create stress-free mornings, homework time and bedtime.
