Guerin Catholic utilizes FACTS Tuition Management for families wishing to set up a payment plan for their tuition.
You will receive an invoice from the business office sometime in February. A non-refundable tuition deposit of $750 and a tuition payment agreement will be due by March 15, 2014, and is required to finalize the enrollment process. You will not receive a copy of your final schedule until this $750 is paid. Financial Assistance is available for students/families who qualify based on financial need. You can apply on-line to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment at www.factstuitionaid.com. There is a $30 application fee to process your financial information. Your 2012 tax documents will be at the time of application and the 2-13 tax documents will be due by February 15, 2014 . IF YOU UTILIZED THE TUITON DEPOSIT WAIVER WHEN YOU SUBMITTED YOUR APPLICATION, PLEASE NOTE THE DEADLINE TO SUBMIT THE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE APPLICATION IS DECEMBER 15, 2013 OR WITHIN ONE WEEK OF SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION, WHICHEVER IS LATEST. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE APPLICATIONS FOR THOSE THAT PAID THE $250 TUITION DEPOSIT OR FOR FAMILIES THAT ARE RETURNING TO GUERIN CATHOLIC IS FEBRUARY 15, 2014. REMEMBER THAT ALL DOCUMENTATION IS ALSO DUE ON FEBRUARY 15, 2014.
**If your student attended an Indiana public school for their entire 8th grade year, your student has an IEP, or your student has a sibling that is receiving School Voucher assistance, your student may qualify for an Indiana State Tuition Voucher.
