Guerin Catholic utilizes FACTS Tuition Management for families wishing to set up a payment plan for their tuition.
A non-refundable tuition deposit of $750 and a tuition payment agreement will be due by February 15, 2015 and is required to finalize the enrollment process. You will receive an invoice from the business office sometime in March which will reflect the remainder of your tuition and will allow for you to set up a FACTS payment plan (unless you already have one). You will not receive a copy of your final schedule until this $750 is paid. Returning Families: Financial Assistance is available for students/families who qualify based on financial need. You can apply on-line after November 1, 2014 to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment at www.factstuitionaid.com. There is a $30 application fee to process your financial information. Your 2013 tax documents will be at the time of application and the 2014 tax documents will be due by February 15, 2015.
(NEW) Families that are new to Guerin Catholic High School, may submit their financial assistance application between November 1, 2014 and December 1, 2014 along with their 2013 1040. If this process is completed by December 1, 2014 a preliminary financial assistance award will accompany the acceptance legger. The award cannot be finalized until we receive the 2014 1040. Once we receive the 2014 1040, a final offer of assistance can be made. Families that miss the December 1, 2014 deadline may still apply within two weeks of applying for admission and will be considered as part of the regular financial assistance package in March 2015.
IF YOU UTLIZED THE TUITON DEPOSIT WAIVER WHEN YOU SUBMITTED YOUR APPLICATION, PLEASE NOTE THE DEADLINE TO SUBMIT THE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE APPLICATION IS DECEMBER 1. 2014 OR IF YOU APPLY AFTER THAT DATE, WITHIN ONE WEEK OF SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE APPLICATIONS FOR THOSE THAT PAID THE $250 TUITION DEPOSIT OR FOR FAMILIES THAT ARE RETURNING TO GUERIN CATHOLIC IS FEBRUARY 15, 2015. REMEMBER THAT ALL DOCUMENTATION IS ALSO DUE ON FEBRUARY 15, 2015.
